A PC healthcheck would be tailored to your usage patterns and might include a scan for malware, updates to drivers, operating system updates, ensuring you have the latest browser version and plugin's, clearing out of system temporary files, checking your page file is the right size and contiguous and running a defragment on your hard drives. We would also clean out all the dust inside the case and repaste your processor if it was needed see our photo gallery here for examples. Again it would be recommended that we pick up and then return the computer when finished as it can be time consuming, but we can perform this in your own home if you prefer.
